Arrivals & Departures
Getting Here
- Taxi: From Visakhapatnam (200km, 4-5 hrs) or Vizianagaram (150km, 3-4 hrs).
- Flights: To Jagdalpur (from Hyderabad/Raipur) then 3hr taxi (120km).
- Trains:
- Visakhapatnam-Kirandul Passenger (58501/2) to Koraput (1pm arrival).
- Hirakhand Express (18447/8) to Laxmipur or Damanjodi.
- Kolkata-Koraput (18005/6) to Laxmipur Road (25km away).
Departure Tips
Hirakhand Express can link with the 1:00pm Visag-Kirandul Passenger. Morning departures via Kolkata-Koraput Express (Tues/Sat) offer a scenic trip.

Key Guidelines
- Photography: Usually welcomed, but please respect privacy. Avoid intrusive lenses. Ask permission.
- Gifts: Please DO NOT give sweets, pens, or money to children or individuals. It encourages begging.
- Plastic: Give empty bottles to villagers for reuse; do not destroy them.
- Water: Our water is clean and natural, sourced from deep under our property and free from the contaminants of the 21st century. Bottled water is also available.
- Smoking: Permitted outdoors only. No smoking indoors.
